I am following up with them from 1st Sept but till today 5th Oct, their support is nil an. I ordered a printer product months back at the early phases of lock down. During my prder placement they showed my area is under deliver and my product will be deliver soon.. I made my order prepaid..
Aftr waiting nearly for 2 months i wanted my refund and they initiated the refund process. The amount has still not been added to account and already the last date they gave for the refund have also crossed. In the customer care they pick up phones and says their executive will call me back.. Even in the app i cannot generate an new ticket as its hanging everytym.
Plz if possible ask ur customer care team to contact me asap.
